Clubhouse Kölsch

ShawneeCraft’s Kölsch is a crisp and refreshing German- style ale, made in America. Brewed with Pilsner malt, a touch of wheat, and American hops. Perfect for the halfway house, clubhouse, or your house.

Bière Blanche

French for “white beer”, Bière Blanche is a traditional Belgian-style beer, brewed with wheat, sweet orange peel and lemon peel.

Seven Bridges

In a country full of hoppy beers, ShawneeCraft’s American Amber Ale focuses on the flavor profile of malt; 2-row barley, grown and malted in the USA – with an added touch of specialty malts. Expect notes of honey, dried figs, and light caramel.

Bursting with citrus from American hop varieties, this is ShawneeCraft’s crushable India Pale Ale.

Apiarius

Apiarius is a crisp, dry ale brewed with a generous charge of honey from ShawneeCraft’s own hives. The sugars from the honey are fully fermented, resulting in a satisfying maltiness, a refreshing hop character, and a captivating honey aroma and finish, without the sweetness you might expect.

Baby Bear Brown

Brown ale made with specialty and roasted malts. Pouring a rich mahogany color, expect notes of toasted nuts, dark chocolate, and a hint of toffee sweetness with a balanced bitterness at the end.

Mosier’s Mosaic

Big juicy Mosaic hops dominate the aroma and flavor of this juicy, hazy Northeastern India Pale Ale. A small amount of bitterness helps to balance the taste.

Hard Seltzers

ShawneeCraft’s Hard Seltzers are dangerously refreshing. All Hard Seltzers have an ABV of 5.2%. Current selection of Hard Seltzers available on tap and in cans include Pineapple & Mango, Black Raspberry & Lime, Ginger & Lime, and Blueberry & Vanilla.

Session Porter

A classic dry London porter. Mashed with rolled oats for a smooth silky mouthfeel. Served on nitrogen.

Kittatinny Cream

ShawneeCraft’s Cream Ale has a nice light malt character and a restrained bitterness that keep everything balanced. Served on nitrogen.

Old Mine Stout

Viscous, dark, and brewed with heaps of oatmeal and multiple roasted malts. Served on nitrogen.

ShawneeCraft Seasonals

ShawneeCraft Seasonals are the right brews for the season; focused on local ingredients and inspired by the brewery’s surroundings. ShawneeCraft makes one or two batches of each of its seasonals, and then it’s done until next year. Get them while you can!

Kettle and Barrel-Aged Sours

ShawneeCraft is known for its ever-rotating crisp and refreshing Kettle and Barrel-Aged Sours, often conditioned on locally sourced produce. While our sours rotate from month to month, many are made from our base culture, “Prometheus”.

Heirloom Series beers

ShawneeCraft moto, “True to Nature. True to the Craft.”, is fully emulated in our barrel-aged beers inspired by ShawneeCraft’s surroundings. From its infamous Bourbon-Barrel Aged Porter to its rotating Barrel-Aged Sours, ShawneeCraft Heirloom Series beers are made over long periods of time in varying vessels and barrels – whiskey, wine, tequila; you name it. These distinct beers take anywhere from a month to three years to complete, producing complex and deliciously satisfying brews.
